Payment and Shipping: 

Q: How long is shipping? 

A: Within the US, you will receive your package within 3-5 business days. Orders placed outside the US can take anywhere between 6-10 business days. All orders will be provided a tracking number which can be entered directly on the site! Please be aware, packages may arrive late if order is placed on the weekend or shipping lands over a holiday. The current pandemic will also slightly affect shipping times. 

Q: Package arrived damage?

A: We are not responsible for any damage that may have occurred during the shipping process. Packages will be tightly wrapped to insure your products will be secure and protected throughout the shipping process. Contact local post office with any questions. 

Q: Who is your shipping carrier?

A: All packages will be shipped through the USPS.

GLAZEDBYKAY LLC is not responsible for any lost packages. If when tracking your order, your order states DELIVERED, you must contact your local post office. 

If your package is returned due to incorrect address, you will be responsible for additional shipping fees. Failing to do so results in a cancelled order. A refund will be issued within 72 hours however, shipping will not be refunded. Please double check address during the check out process and ALWAYS include apartment numbers.

Q: What is your refund/return policy?

A: NO REFUNDS and NO RETURNS. If perhaps there is an issue with your order please contact glazedbykay@gmail.com. If there's a mistake on our end we'll be sure to correct it!
